Our Interactive 3 day course on Leadership in Social Care covers the complexity of Leading in a sector that has many challenges currently including succession planning, recruitment and retention, splitting and projection from those we support, staff culture and morale and many more topics covered during the 3 days.

We provide Independent Advocacy Services for children and young people living in Care.
Our Independent Advocate will visit children's homes regularly to build relationships with children and young people and give them a platform to have their voice heard regarding their needs and wishes and champion on their behalf. Travel fees are applicable.
We can match you with a Consultant who can best support and meet your needs.
We can provide Interim Role cover for Senior Leadership positions, provide external Quality Assurance Audits, complete Wellbeing consultations with staff and young people, work with you to troubleshoot issues such as culture, staff morale, systems and processes. This work is best completed face to face and so travel fees apply.

Should you require Counselling services for anyone in your organisation or for people you support please get in touch. Most counselling is offered virtually however if you require face to face this can be arranged and travel fees will apply.
We have qualified and experienced Psychotherapists.
Should you require specialist psychotherapy services for children and young people you support please get in touch. This service can be provided virtually or face to face depending on location. Please note if you require face to face travel fees will apply.
Should you wish to work with us on a regular basis we can provide retainer contracts which guarantees you our time as capacity can be limited and an active waiting list is in place for some work- minimum contract time is 12 months.
