We will never trivialise or catastrophise anything you wish to discuss with us in Coaching or Supervision.  Issues that are important to you are important to us.  It's imperative to us that you feel safe and secure in the sessions and view it as a place where you can truly be yourself.  We are approachable, we have had our own challenges in life too so we can resonate with many challenges that come into Coaching and Supervision sessions.

We all have Inner Wisdom - some call it their 'gut' feel - sometimes we ignore it, bury it or dont trust it.  We want to support you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and intuition because we know you are the expert of your own life and that is important for when your Coaching  journey comes to an end - that you feel confident and resourced moving forward.

Many of us experience Fear - fear of the unknown - what will Coaching or supervision be like? What if I invest in this and it doesn't work?  Fear can be a real blocker and keep us stuck - we promise to help you work through fears and help alleviate what they might be around the Coaching / supervision process.

If you contact us to discuss one of our services we promise we will not pressure you into working with us.  We know how important it is to find the right 'match' for you and that you feel comfortable, otherwise it won't work.

For those undertaking Coaching we will document your journey so you can reflect, look back , monitor your progress and common themes.  We will also share with you recommended videos, podcasts and reading to support you in your journey.

Sometimes we all need challenged to help us move on or see things from a different perspective.  We challenge sensitively, gently from a place of good intent wanting you to grow and develop.  For many this has resulted in them feeling encouraged, built self belief, been empowering and motivating.  We always seek feedback to ensure the approaches we take are working for you.
