Our sessions are more than conversational, they are practical and engaging and gently challenging. We can use images, art, music, role play and nature to look at things from a different perspective. You will be given the tools to create action and change, but also the time and space to reflect and think.

Cross Professional Supervision

Cross professional supervision fosters an intentional dialogue between the soul ( a person's inner motivation), the role (the demands of a person's work) and the context (the realities that enable or inhibit a person finding harmony between soul and role). In these sessions, we will use creative strategies to work through any issues you feel are enabling or creating friction between your soul and your role and affecting the outcomes you are able to deliver. There will be a strong focus on your wellbeing and the wellbeing of others.
Supervision sessions are open to all professionals and are for individuals or for groups within organisations. The following professions may find them particularly beneficial: counselling, coaching, psychological therapies, NHS, third sector (charity), education, ministry/chaplaincy, professionals working in caring/ helping professions.
advocacy services

Our independent advocacy service gives children and young people in care a platform to have their views, needs and wishes heard and take forward for meaningful action.
Our service promotes the rights and voice of the child and gives them a powerful channel to have a say on matters impacting and affecting them.
We are independent – not employed by organisations to ensure here is no conflict of interest and to ensure the only focus of the work is advocating for and behalf of the children and young people we work with.
Our independent advocate will visit children individually face to face on a monthly basis to build a relationship with them, build trust, ensure they are listened to and understood and to ensure appropriate actions / changes are made that will benefit the child.
